Chuck Evans has extensive construction operations knowledge.  Construction has been his only career since graduating from college, 36 years in the construction industry.  He has worked his way up the corporate ladder through his ability to take on increased responsibilities and excelling in each of the positions held.  Chuck’s career with DooleyMack Constructors began as a carpenter, and several years later was promoted to Superintendant, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Vice President & COO and now President at DM Constructors LLC.
 
For over 30 years Chuck has been in a management role of commercial construction projects in the field and/or office completing over 350 projects as a General Contractor/Construction Manager.  The projects range from additions and renovations, award winning historical restorations, office buildings, retail, manufacturing, hotels, performing arts, senior healthcare facilities and medical surgery centers.  With the experience that he has gained from his direct involvement at the many levels of hands-on management, Chuck has become a responsible and competent leader, respected by his peers, clients, and subcontractor community.
 
Chuck enjoys being on the water, boating and fishing whenever he can and is an avid “Gators” fan.

Keith Coulter commenced his construction career in 1980 with DooleyMack Constructors in Sarasota, Florida. Within two years, Keith was promoted to a Superintendent position, accountable for many notable projects such as The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, Florida State Theater of the Arts, Coca Cola Bottling, Manor Care, Eckerd Drugs, and Galaxy Lanes Bowling Centers.
 
After 12 years of Superintendent responsibility throughout the Southeastern United States, Keith accepted responsibility of Project Manager for 14 years, focused on Construction Management contracts with numerous state agency organizations such as the Florida State Department of Management Services, Florida International University, Charlotte County Public Schools, the City of Pensacola, the City of Sarasota, and Sarasota County.
 
Keith continues to be involved in the daily operation of the company - Project Management, Estimating, Marketing, and Business Development as DM Constructor’s Executive Vice President.
 
Keith has personally supervised and managed in excess of $125 Million Dollars of construction throughout his tenure with the DM Constructors team.
 
In his leisure time, Keith enjoys traveling and fishing.

Serving as an integral member of the senior management team, Bill Dooley is the Chief Operating Officer for DM Constructors, LLC. As founder of DooleyMack Constructors with 40 plus years in the construction industry his leadership promotes a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Bill is a skilled professional in all phases of commercial and institutional contracting and construction management.   Not many people can truly say they have grown up in the construction industry like Bill Dooley, starting as a construction laborer while in high school in Birmingham, AL. and through college as well; graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Science from Auburn University. He has held positions as Estimator, Project Manager, and as Vice President of construction for a major developer in Georgia and Florida.
 
His proven track record of success, facilitating progressive change and development within a growing organization shows his ability to operate as an effective tactical and strategic thinker.
 
Bill’s passion for the industry shows in the mission of DM Constructors, LLC, “to deliver and exceed our client’s expectations”.
 
Bill has a love for sailing and is an enthusiastic Auburn fan.

Wendy Mack

Wendy began her journey in the construction industry over 35 years ago after receiving her business degree from the University of South Florida.  She was initially employed as the Accounting Manager at DooleyMack Constructors, which provided the foundation needed to apply her knowledge, hard work and perseverance, all of which propelled her into the role of Chief Financial Officer.  She is a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida and throughout her years of experience in the industry, Wendy has mastered a level of expertise in financial transactions, including budget estimating, construction scheduling, cost control, and project closeout.
 
As CEO, Wendy is responsible for ensuring the commitment and mission of DM Constructors, LLC, which is to deliver quality construction, safely and effectively, on time and within budget.  This commitment and mission is not merely a goal but a statement of fact.

Bruce Livingston

Bruce Livingston was born and raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan, attended Western Michigan University and spent 17 years in the northern Michigan town of Charlevoix.  During that time he worked for two mechanical contractors, and was responsible for estimating, inventory, purchasing and control, sales and obtained his journeyman plumbers license.
 
In 1994, with his children raised, he and his wife relocated to Venice and later Sarasota, Florida.  That year he joined DooleyMack Constructors as an Estimator, eventually becoming a Senior Estimator.  In 2011 the company reorganized under DM Constructors as a minority business. 
 
Bruce has estimated many commercial projects, both new construction and upgrades, from several thousand dollars to over $30 million.  The list includes retail, office space, historical restoration, condominiums, assisted living, nursing homes, surgery centers and manufacturing plants. Estimates, budgets, cost saving suggestions, detailed quantity surveys, document redi-checks, and architect and subcontractor communications all have been a part of his responsibilities.

Larry Guilbault is our full time Safety Director and has been with the DM Team since 2001.  He is responsible for administering a specific, highly tailored, safety program for projects with the Superintendents and Project Managers.
 
Larry is an accredited educator, national speaker, and writer recognized for his safety expertise.  A seasoned construction safety professional who is a Florida licensed General Contractor, he is responsible for Risk Management Programs worth over $2 billion in the public sector and heavy commercial construction management services with OCIP and CCIP delivery methods.
 
Larry incorporates his safety excellence into everyday work practices while encouraging teamwork to provide a cost effective safe solution and a win-win approach we all can be proud of.

Shawnta Gibson

Shawnta started in the construction industry with DooleyMack Constructors in 1995 as a temporary receptionist.  She realized that accounting was her long term goal and with her ambition, drive and attention to detail she quickly advanced into the accounting department. 
 
Shawnta furthered her education locally in Sarasota, Fl. with an accounting curriculum and was soon promoted to the position of Assistant Controller. Her analytical strengths and overseeing the financial transactions of the company proved to be an asset in organization and time management. 
 
She accepted the role of Controller in 2005, forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring cash flow while ensuring compliance with financial controls and business plan with proven results.  Her interpersonal and communication skills were a valuable asset as she managed multiple locations. Improving communication throughout the organization, while staying focused on maintaining the integrity of financial functions.
 
Shawnta’s current financial leadership role, focused on maintaining the integrity of financial functions explains why Shawnta is CFO and partner at DM Constructors today.
 
In her spare time, Shawnta volunteers locally, helping with remodeling, and home improvement.
On occasion you may see her taking photos or enjoying the beach on a sunny day.

Janette Johnsen

Janette Johnsen has been with the DM Constructors team for 13 years.  In 2000, she traveled to Los Angeles to accept the position of Account Manager with Compucom, a software integration management company. She then returned to the Sarasota area in August of 2002 and began as a Project Coordinator with DooleyMack Constructors, where she was involved with building their new Corporate Headquarters and a Sarasota Business Park
 
Janette was promoted to Project Support Services in 2005 where she began traveling for software and procedural training of other office locations including Ft. Lauderdale, South Beach, Key West, North Carolina, Panama City Beach and New York. 
 
With the increased responsibilities and showing progression in the construction industry, Janette was offered the position of Cost Engineer.  She attended Manatee Community College Business courses, including accounting fundamentals. Janette's proficiency in a variety of finanacial activities include, the planning and development of accounting and financial systems, past, present and future.
 
After 6 years, to commensurate with her abilities as a mentor and educator throughout the office, she is the Office Manager and is a State of Florida Notary.  Janette proficiently manages the office administration, documentation, analysis and processes, and holds a key supportive role in marketing and to the executive management staff.
 
Outside the office you can find Janette at Disney making "magical memories" with her husband and two granddaughters.
